Luke is Limitless Lab’s founder and what keeps the place ticking.

// How long have you been a member of Limitless Lab?

Since day 1!  We started this little project with the idea of getting a small group of people together to workout in January 2023.

// What is your ‘WHY’? (i.e. why are you a member/owner, what keeps you coming back for more, what is your personal success story, etc.)

Helping people achieve their goals and watching them make personal breakthroughs.  Health and fitness can be a scary place for people to start or even to return to if they’ve been out of practice.  It’s a pleasure to watch people not only physically change but change their mindset and positivity in life as a whole. Fitness/sports has always been something I love and to see that show up in others is infectious. 

// What is your favorite fitness movement and why?

Most things with a barbell!!  However, cleans or clean and jerks are my favorite.  It’s a powerful explosive movement that can work your whole body.  

// What has been your least favorite workout and why?

I love them all even if they are not enjoyable because you know how much it can improve you.  With that being said, I’d have to say my favorite to Love/Hate is “Fran”.  It’s fast and you know what it’s going to feel like when you're done.

// What is your pre-/post-workout fuel?

It’s been the same thing for over 12 years.  Herbalife Prepare for pre-workout and Herbalife Rebuild for post workout recovery.  All clean and banned substance tested for athletes.  Plus it tastes great!

// What is your favorite gym ‘quirk’ (i.e. inside joke, well-known member quirk, saying/mantra, etc.)?

This is going to be F.U.N!!!  F&@ked Up Nonsense …LOL!

// What’s the weirdest thing in your gym bag?

Almost everything stays in the gym but I’d have to say day old gym clothes if I forget to take them out…gross!!
